This hotel suits me perfectly with its heated swimming pool, friendly staff, and great dining options. They also helped me find local delivery on my first stay. I always look forward to returning for a holiday....

Stunning views and a luxurious spa experience set the tone for an enjoyable stay. The infinity pool offered breathtaking lake views, adding a touch of tranquility. the dining experience was inconsistent, with the Pan Asian restaurant failing to impress while breakfast was chaotic and service painfully slow. Staffing issues seemed evident, as some staff appeared overwhelmed, which affected the overall atmosphere.

In my wife’s opinion, the spa prices were too steep for families. Offering discounts for overnight guests could enhance the experience.

The spa facilities were relaxing, but the room was too cold upon arrival.

I was blown away by the serene lake views from my Superior Double Room! The infinity pool heated to 35 degrees made swimming outdoors a dreamy experience, even in chilly weather. And dining at the Mizu restaurant? Let’s just...  

We had a fantastic time with friends! The Mizu restaurant was a highlight with delicious Asian-inspired dishes. Plus, we loved chilling at the gorgeous spa and infinity pool overlooking the lake. Just a heads-up, the spa has limited...  

Consider reserving a table at the Mizu restaurant well in advance. it's quite popular and can book up quickly on weekends.

The embarrassing incident at the Brasserie, where we were publicly kicked out after being served cross-contaminated food, overshadowed our stay. Staff training and service quality significantly fell short of expectations.

The room had a lovely balcony that offered stunning views of the lake. The staff were friendly and welcoming right from check-in. I really enjoyed the spa facilities, especially the infinity pool, which was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast buffet impressed me with a good selection, and the option to order hot meals was a nice touch. Dining at the Mizu restaurant provided fantastic Asian-inspired dishes, and the meal I had there was exceptional. On the downside, I faced some awkwardness during dinner in the side bar due to low tables that made eating a bit uncomfortable. I missed out on a session due to limited availability. Despite these complaints, I found my stay quite enjoyable overall, thanks to the beautiful surroundings and delicious food.

Just a top selection for a brief sojourn in Keswick (Cumbria) with fantastic value. Enjoyed exceptional food in the restaurant, especially the locally sourced ingredients. Make sure to book spa treatments well ahead of time.

Our two-night stay was rejuvenating! The spa treatments were phenomenal, enhanced by attentive staff. The dining experience, complemented by stunning scenery, was delightful. Make sure to explore dining in the conservatory for a cozy vibe. An unforgettable retreat perfect for relaxation!

We had a fab time at the outdoor thermal pool, sippin’ champagne as it got dark. The room was nice but the restaurant experience kinda felt like a comedy show gone wrong. Long waits and our food wasn’t great. Breakfast was a bit slow too, but the spa really saved the weekend.
